KA MP: Crisis in Iraq not to be politically settled

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Sharif Suleiman, of the Kurdistani Alliance stated that the crisis in Iraq cannot be politically settled.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The current time in Iraq witnesses a competition among the political side and there are some calls to end it, but they are fruitless,” noting that “The competition started to affect the political process and the Iraqis in addition to increasing the security breaches.”

He called “The parliament and the Council of Minister to hold a meeting and settle the security issue,” assuring that “The current time needs a clear and serious action by all sides to sustain stability and security in Iraq.”
