KA to support nominating Zawbai as Minister of Defense
MP, Mahamma Khalil, of the KA stated “Zawbai is a national figure and supported by Kurds who have historical bonds with his family who participated in the 1920th Revolution.”
In a press statement, he said “The KA will vote to nominate Zawbai as the Minister of Defense if the names were shown.”
Some statements mentioned that the Iraqiya Slate’s MP Talal al-Zawbai will be nominated for the Defense Minister post, but there is no official confirmation from Iraqiya Slate, yet.
