Kurdistan Region Parliament calls French officials to intensify investigations over assassinating 3 Kurdish women activists

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The chairmanship of Kurdistan Region’s Parliament condemned the assassination of three Kurdish women activists in the French capital, Paris, calling the French officials to intensify the investigations over this incident.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan quoted Kurdistan Region Parliament’s chairmanship as saying that “With deep sadness we received the news of assassinating three Kurdish women activists in a terrorist operation in Paris.”

The chairmanship of the Region’s Parliament added in the statement “We call the French Government to intensify the efforts to reveal the sides behind this terrorist act.”

Earlier, the French Police announced discovering bodies of three Kurdish women killed in central Paris, capital of France on last Thursday.
