Kurdistan Region Parliament to discuss Amnesty law
Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The parliament of Kurdistan Region held a session headed by the Speaker, Arsalan Bayiz, on Tuesday.
A statement by the website of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan cited “Bayiz recited the session agenda which involved discussing the Amnesty law in Kurdistan Region.”
The statement quoted Bayiz as saying that “The parliamentary committee will take the various viewpoints concerning the law in consideration,” noting that “The session is closed in order the enable the majority to approve the law.”
