Kurdish MP calls political blocs to conduct dialogue, avoid tensed statements

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Burhan Mohammed Farj, of the Kurdistani Alliance called the political blocs to “avoid the tense statements and conduct dialogue according to the constitution because it will settle the crisis.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “All sides agree that the Iraqi National Alliance can settle the crisis either by replacing the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, or adhering to the demands of the political blocs such as the Iraqiya Slate, the Kurdistani Alliance and some of the constituents of INA.”

“Adhering to the constitution is the only means to settle the crisis,” he added, noting that “This issue belongs to the parliament and the government must respect the parliament decisions,” he concluded.
