Kurdish MP rules out settling current political crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Shareef Sulaiman, of the Kurdistani Alliance ruled out “Settling the current political crisis,” calling “The leaders of the political blocs to intensify their efforts their efforts to reach an end for this crisis.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “There attempts by the key leaders especially the President, Jalal Talabani, to eliminate the crisis yet we have no ability to overcome it in the stage due to the accumulations of the disputes.”

“The blocs are still working within the frame of the crisis yet there are calls to end the crisis,” he added.

“The attempts for ending the crisis and the calls for conducting reforms mean that there are huge defects in the State,” he continued.

“All the blocs need great capacities in this stage and have to find ways to settle the crisis,” he concluded.

Iraq witnesses political crisis lasted for several months due to the disputes among the political sides related to the partnership and other issues which led some blocs to call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, after holding meetings in Najaf and Erbil provinces.
