Kurdish MP urges Maliki to end internal disputes before starting strategic relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ruz Mahdi Khushnaw pointed out “The Premier Nouri al-Maliki should have ended the Iraqi internal disputes before heading abroad to start strategic relations with foreign allies.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Iraq suffers clear internal and foreign confusion due to the monopolization practiced by the Premier in taking many decisions,” describing this attitude as “Dangerous indicator.”

“Iraq as a sovereign country has the right to establish diplomatic relations with any country, but we realize that Iraq returned to commit the same mistake of the former regime which based its relations with countries on concluding weapons contracts,” MP Khoshnaw added.
