Maliki arrives in Nineveh

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, arrived in Nineveh province accompanied by a number of Ministers to hold the Council of Ministers session in the province on Tuesday.

Informed source stated to IraqiNews.com “Maliki arrived in the province to hold the session which will be devoted to discussing the problems that the Local Government suffers from.”

Earlier, Maryam al-Rayis, the adviser of the Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, stated “The CoM will held its meeting on Tuesday in Nineveh to discuss the means of cooperation between the central government and the local government to perform the projects,” noting that “This meeting will be the same as those of Kirkuk and Basra provinces.”

MP, Mahdi Haji, of the Kurdistani Alliance revealed that “The Kurd Ministers will boycott the session of the Council of Ministers that will be held in Mosul on Tuesday.”
