Maliki in military parade marking Army Day

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki on Monday attended a military parade organized by the Ministry of Defense to celebrate the 88 th anniversary of the Iraqi army. “In the presence of Commander-in-Chief Nouri al-Maliki, the Ministry of Defense organized a military parade to celebrate the 88 th anniversary of the Iraqi army,” an assistant media director in the army, Lt. Col. Balasem Abdelhussein, told IraqiNews.com news agency. The ceremony was also attended by government officials and chieftains.
