Maliki, Kuwaiti Counterpart discuss issues of mutual concerns

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, received a phone call from his Kuwaiti Counterpart, Sheikh, Jaber al-Mubarak al-Ahmad al-Sabah, in which he congratulated him on Ramadan and they discussed the issues of the mutual concerns.

A statement by the Kuwaiti News Agency KUNA cited “Al-Sabah and Maliki reviewed the political updates on the Arab and regional levels.”

“Al-Sabah expressed his comfort for the results of latest negotiations with the Iraqi Government, assuring Kuwait’s adherence to settle the pending issues,” the statement concluded.
