Maliki’s instructions not to include returning criminal former IA officers to service, says Asadi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Khalid al-Asadi, of the State of Law Coalition confirmed “The Premier, Nouri al-Malik, agreed upon bringing the former Iraqi Army officers from Nineveh province back to service on condition that they do not have criminal records.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “It is possible to distribute these officers among the various security forces.”

Maliki ordered to Form a committee to bring the former Iraqi Army officers back to service during holding the session of the Council of Ministers in Nineveh province.

Nineveh was the third province in which the Council of Ministers held its session after Basra and Kirkuk provinces within a governmental plan to discuss the services in the provinces with the local officials.
