Maliki urges parliament to declare State of Emergency

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Minister, Nouri Al-Maliki called on the Iraqi parliament to announce emergency state in the country to combat the terrorism after it controlled on Mosul province.

During a press conference he held on Tuesday, Maliki said “The Council of Ministers has held a meeting to consider the security developments in Mosul to stand against the fierce attack of the terrorists.”
