Maliki’s threats compel most ministers to abstain from Council of Ministers meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An informed source stated that most of the ministers abstained from the meeting of the Council of Ministers due to the threats of the outgoing Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.
