MP calls Parliament to continue regular sessions to ratify laws concerning demonstrators’ demands

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Faiza al-Ubaidi of the Iraqiya Slate stressed that “The Iraqiya Slate is honored to stand with the demonstrators; at the time we acknowledge our failure to meet their demands.”

Ubaidi told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We admit that the IS did not do anything for the masses which elected the IS representatives, but our support for their demands is an honorable stand where the Slate boycotted membership of its ministers at the Council of Ministers.”

“The Parliament is requested more than ever before to adhere to holding the regular sessions to ratify the laws especially those related to the demonstrators’ demands,” she added.
