MP criticizes naming Federal Government as "Central Government"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ruz Nouri Khoshnaw, of the Kurdistani Alliance criticized “Naming the Federal Government as the Central Government,” assuring that “This label is against the constitution which adopts the name of the Federal Government.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “There is no term in the constitution as the central government, but it is mentioned as the Federal Government where we refuse to refer to the government as the central government.”

“Relating all issues with the Federal Government is the basis of the current political crisis and we need agrrements and consensus over the national issues rather than making them all in the hand of one person,” he concluded.
