MP describes forming government of political majority as Only solution for crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The independent MP, Othman al-Jihaishi, pointed out that “It is expected that the political blocs will form a government of political majority as the only solution for the political crisis if they do not manage to hold the national meeting.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Forming a government of political majority will involve the sides that support the current government like the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, the Iraqiya White bloc, the Iraqiya Hurra bloc, the Dawa Islamic Party, the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council and the Sadr Trend.”

“This is the best way to solve the current political disputes,” he concluded.

It is worth mentioning that Iraq witnesses a political crisis that was escalated among the political blocs especially after the withdrawal of the US Troops at the end of 2011.
