MP describes oil contracts between Kurdistan RegionG, international firms as Unconstitutional
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the Oil and Energy Parliamentary Committee, Suzan al-Sa’ad, confirmed that “The oil contracts made by the Kurdistan Regional Government with the international firms are unconstitutional because the federal Oil Ministry does not know about these contacts.”
