MP: KA ready to support Maliki if he performs according to constitution

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Azad Abu Bakir, of the Kurdistani Alliance pointed out that “The KA is ready to support the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, again if he presented proofs that he works according to the constitution,” noting that “If not, the KA will go on in supporting the attempt for withdrawing confidence from Maliki.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Investigating Maliki is a constitutional and legal process,” noting that “The request for investigating Maliki is not presented to the parliament chairmanship because this issue needs detailed study.”

“The legal committee formed for preparing for the investigation is continuous in collecting the documents,” he concluded.
