MP: New stage of political conflicts to start post Najaf meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohamed Iqbal, of the Wasat Alliance within Iraqiya Slate expected “New stage of political conflicts to start among the blocs post Najaf meeting.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The response of the Iraqi National Alliance over the proposal presented by the five sides which met in Erbil was general outlines.”

“The attendants of Najaf meeting will present new demands,” he expected.

“If the situation continues as it is currently, it will reach a static state of very limited options,” he concluded.

It is expected that the President, Jalal Talabani, the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, in addition to the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, to hold a meeting in Najaf province to discuss political crisis.
