MP rules out holding national meeting after Talabani’s return from treatment abroad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hasan Jihad, of the Kurdistani Alliance ruled out “Holding the national meeting after the return of the President, Jalal Talabani, from his medical trip abroad.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The stances of the political blocs indicate that the meeting will not be held.”

“The sides of Erbil meeting is going on in its proposal to investigate the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, in the parliament to withdrawing confidence from him,” he concluded.

Talabani underwent a successful surgical operation in Germany on last Wednesday.
