MP rules out postponing endorsement of hindered laws to next Parlaimentary rotation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Adil al-Maliki, of the State of Law Coalition ruled out postponing the endorsement of the hindered law drafts to the next Parlaimentary rotation.

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he stated “The remaining time for the current parliament’s term is one year so it is too early to speak about postponing the law drafts endorsement to the next rotation of the parliament.”

“There is enough time for the parliament to endorse many laws,” he remarked.

“Some laws involve many problematic points and they took a long time pending like the Oil and Gas, Parties and Infrastructure laws but this does not mean they will be postponed,” he concluded.
