Nijaifi’s Slate calls Acting Defense Minister, Anbar’s top officials to resign

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Mutahidoun (United) Slate headed by the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi called each of the Acting Defense Minister, Anbar Operations Commander and Anbar governor to resign for their failure in running the security situation in Anbar province.

MP Waleed al-Mohamedi said “Anbar people reject the threats of the Acting Defense Minister, Sadoun al-Dulaimi and Anbar OC, Murdhi al-Mihilawi who proved for all their sheer loyalty for the single-figure state and the single party on account of the province’s people’s interest.”

Dulaimi, Mihilawi along with Anbar governor, Qasim Mohamed, are responsible for the security deterioration in Anbar,” Mohamedi added noting “The three figures sold and sacrificed the province for sake of their personal interests.”
