Nusayif accuses countries of bribing MPs to support withdrawing confidence from Maliki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif of the Iraqiya Hurra bloc accused “Some regional countries, without naming them, of paying huge sums of money in order to support withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.”

She stated to IraqiNews.com “These regional countries are trying to pressurize the MPs to accomplish the task of withdrawing confidence from Maliki,” describing the stage of post toppling Maliki’s government as “Huge political chaos.”

“The country will face a great chaos similar to that which followed the elections that required eight months to form the government,” she added.

“With the rejection of the State of Law Coalition to vote on a new PM other than Maliki, it is difficult to form a new government now,” she concluded.
