Nusayif calls Kurdistan Region not to interfere in Syrian affairs

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Aliya Nusayif of the Iraqiya Hurra bloc called the Iraqi Government to clarify its stance towards training Kurdish militants from Syria by Kurdistan Region. She pointed out that “Despite the UN resolutions have prevented any external interference in the Syrian matter, the Kurdistan Region continues training Kurdish militants from Syria in training camps erected for this purpose inside the Region.” “This irresponsible behavior is a military and logistic intervention in affairs of another country, as well as being a challenge to the international community and UN resolutions,” she added Nusayif demanded the Federal Government to clarify its attitude towards this issue.
