Parliament Chairmanship holds meeting with blocs’ heads

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament Chairmanship held a meeting with the heads of the parliamentary blocs and the heads of the parliamentary Committees to discuss a number of important issues that should settled in the parliament.

Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The meeting discussed the laws that are not endorsed by the parliament in addition to the law of the Federal Court.”

“The meeting resulted in a call to form a committee to legislate the hindered laws which are about 44 laws,” the source added.

“The attendant of the meeting specified a week for the specialized committee to settle the disputes issues about the Federal Court law,” the source mentioned.

“The Kurds objected the issue of the veto in the Court and threatened to withdraw from the parliament if it is involved within the law of the Court,” the source concluded.
