Parliament considers report over Speicher massacre as "Disappointing"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Parliament finished reading the report prepared by the Parliamentary Investigation Committee over Speicher Massacre.
MP, Faeq al-Sheikh Ali, stated to IraqiNews.com “The report is disappointing and did not reveal the terrorists behind the massacre.”
