Parliament session starts

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Parliament held its regular session by the reading a number of law drafts.

A parliamentary source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Tuesday that “The Iraqi parliament held its regular meeting chaired by the Speaker of the Council Osama al-Nijaifi and its agenda includes the first and second readings of several law drafts.”

The agenda of the meeting did not include a number of law drafts such as the general amnesty law and the law of the supreme Commission for Human Rights in addition to the extension of the term of the Electoral Commission for elections due to the differences about them among political blocs.
