Parliament to investigate MPs’ disputes

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The spokesperson of the White Bloc MP Kadhim al-Shimmery assured that “The Speaker Osama al-Nijaifi decided to form an investigation committee over threats from the head of the Iraqiya Hurra Bloc against another MP.”

In a press statement received by Iraqi News, he said Tuesday “MP Salman al-Jumaili announced during the parliament session of Tuesday that MPM Qutaiba al-Jubouri has given threats to one of the MPs of the Iraqiya Slate in case the latter did not join the Iraqiya Hurra Bloc headed by MP Jubouri.”

“The decision of the Speaker was based on a request submitted by the IS over this issue,” he concluded.
