Parliament to vote on elections, IHEC, Federal Court law drafts on Monday session

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Parliament will vote on Monday session on the Federal Court law draft, the proposed third amendment to the provincial elections law No. (36) of 2008 and the proposal of increasing the members of the Independent High Electoral Commission in addition to other law drafts.

Haider Hamada, the media official of the office of the First Deputy Speaker, told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) that “Monday’s session of the Parliament will also witness a vote on a law draft of modern agriculture villages, the law draft of the Supreme Judicial Council and the proposal to increase the number of the members of the Independent High Electoral Commission.”

He added that “The agenda of Monday session will also include a vote on the first amendment of the Law of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs No. (8) of 2006 and the first reading of the border crossings law draft.”
