Parliament votes on paying compensations for Kuwaiti Airlines

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parliament voted on paying compensations for the Kuwaiti Airways to settle the lawsuit issued against the Iraqi Airways.

Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament approved by its majority to allocate 300 $ millions for the Kuwaiti Airways to close the lawsuit issued by the Kuwaiti Airways against Iraqi Airways and Iraqi Government.”

“The parliament discussed the visit of the Turkish Foreign Minister, Ahmed Davutoglu to Kurdistan Region and Kirkuk,” the source added.

“The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, urged to the MPs to attend the parliament sessions intensively to vote over the law drafts of the Federal Court,” the source concluded.
