Provincial election major pillar of political system – PM

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Premier Nouri al-Maliki on Saturday said from Muthanna province that the upcoming provincial election is “a major pillar of the political system.” “National unity is the strong fence that opposes all challenges,” al-Maliki said during a tribal conference in the province.
