PUK discuss results of its delegation’s visit to Iran

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan held a meeting discussing the results of the recent visit of its delegation to Iran.

A statement by the PUK cited “The meeting that was headed by the Deputy Secretary General of the PUK, Kosart Rasoul, described the results of the visit as positive.”

“The meeting tackled the situation in Kurdistan Region and the disputed areas in addition to the Syrian crisis,” the statement added.

“The meeting stressed that the PUK is adherent to the strategy of accomplishing the democracy in the regional countries especially the democratic rights of Kurdish people in any part,” the statement concluded.
