PUK grants authorities of Secretary General to 3 of its members

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The political bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) decided to grant the authorities of the Secretary General to three of its members.

A statement by the PUK received by IraqiNews.com cited “Vice Secretary General, Kosrat Rasool, Barham Saleh and Hiro Ibrahim Ahmed, members of the Political Bureau of the supreme center to making decision within the Patriotic Union and can use the authority of the Secretary General of the PUK.” “The decision was taken at the meeting of the political bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in Sulaimaniyah to discuss preparations for the Fourth Conference of the PUK and the upcoming elections,” the statement concluded.
