Questionnaire: Turkey coordinates with Israel to divide Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A public and formal questionnaire regarding the Turkish interference in the Iraqi affairs showed that Ankara tries to divide Iraq and control it.

The questionnaire that included about 746 participants where 66 of them were MPs of Baghdad province stated “Turkey has a negative project to divide Iraq to control some of its parts in the future.”

“52% of the participants believe that Turkey is an enemy to the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, where 55% others think that Turkey is a friend with the Fugitive, Tariq al-Hashimi, who is sentences to death in absentia, whereas 49% think that the Speaker Osama al-Nijaifi, is a permanent friend to it,” the questionnaire added.

“61% of the participants believe that Turkey do not deal equally with all the Iraqi sects and prefers the Sunni sect then the Turkmen against the Shiite sect,” the questionnaire pointed out, noting that “The questionnaire included 33 director generals, 37 doctors, 57 engineers, 46 lawyers, 25 pharmacists and more than 500 postgraduate students.”

“Most of the participants assure that there are economic and religious ties between Iraq and Turkey and a strategic alliance between Turkey and Israel regarding the regional issues and Iraq in particular,” the questionnaire concluded.
