Rafidain bloc shows neutral attitude towards withdrawing confidence from Maliki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Emad Yohana, of the Rafidain bloc announced that “The bloc has a neutral attitude towards withdrawing confidence from the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) , he stated “Rafidain bloc, comprising three MPs, will have a neutral attitude towards withdrawing confidence from Maliki in order to push the political blocs to conduct dialogue and this is the attitude of the small blocs that have about (30) MPs.”

“We will not oppose any bloc and we consider settling the crisis is not by replacing Maliki but by conducting dialogue and applying the deals among the blocs,” he concluded.

Earlier, the spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, stated to IraqiNews.com “We managed to get the required signatures to withdraw confidence from Maliki,” noting that “The MPs’ signatures were collected from all the blocs.”

It is worth mentioning that Kurdistan Region witnesses political movement to settle the crisis; among the solutions presented by the political sides in Kurdistan Region is to withdraw confidence from the government.
