Recent laws presented to parliament hinder its performance

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ali Shubar, of the Citizen bloc pointed out that “The laws presented to the parliament recently hindered its performance.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The political blocs represented by the Iraqi National Alliance, the Iraqiya Slate and the Kurdistani Alliance were supposed to hold dialogues among them to reach agreement over these laws.”

“Presenting these laws without taking the others’ views is a wrong process against the general interests,” he assured.

He called “All the political blocs to have a role in reaching satisfactory solutions to serve the Iraqi citizen.”

Earlier, the parliament held postponed lifted its session till next Saturday without voting on the General Amnesty Law and the Infrastructure Law due to the disputes among the blocs.
