Sadr Trend assures flexibility in holding preliminary elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Sadr Trend announced that the preliminary elections that took place in some provinces were flexible.

The spokesperson of the Sadr Trend, Salah al-Ubaidi, stated in a press statement on Friday “The preliminary elections are being held with flexibility in Babel, Najaf and Karbala provinces.”

“The participation ratio was very high in the early hours of the elections day,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that the Sadr Trend is conducting the preliminary elections for its candidates to know those who are most preferred by the citizens in addition to nominate those who are preferred by the Sadr Trend itself to participate in the local elections.
