Sadrist MP: Sadr Trend’s agenda not to include withdrawing confidence from Maliki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Riyadh al-Zubaidi, of the Ahrar bloc assured that “The agenda of the Sadr Trend did not include withdrawing confidence from the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he stated “The issue of withdrawing confidence from Maliki is no longer existing and the reforms will be considered in order to positively affect the citizens.”

“There is no political crisis at this time and we are fixing the political mistake in order to support the political process,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that Kurdistan Region witnessed political movement to settle the crisis; among the solutions presented by the political sides in Kurdistan Region is withdrawing confidence from the government.
