Sadrist MP supports calls for hosting Maliki in parliament over security breaches

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Riyadh Ghali, of Ahrar bloc within Sadr Trend supported the calls to host the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, in the parliament over the security breaches because he is the General Commander of the Armed Forces.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “It is normal to host Maliki in the parliament to discuss the security file with him,” noting that “MPs are representatives for the Iraqis so they have the right question Maliki over the increased terrorist attacks in the country.”

“The parliament will present its vision over the ways to eliminate the security breaches and the delay in nominating the security Ministers,” he concluded.
