Samarrai: My meeting with Jaafary tackled political crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of the Iraqi Islamic Party, also the Head of the Wasat Alliance, Ayad al-Samarrai pointed out that his meeting with the Head of the Iraqi National Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafary held on Wednesday, “discussed the political crisis and the means of resolving it.” Samarrai added in a press statement “The meeting also reviewed the political reforms document posed by the INA and the mechanisms that can be applied through it,” stressing the need to intensify the meetings among the leaders of the political blocs to get rid of the crisis which lasted for 7 months.” He mentioned that “The member of the Political Bureau of the Iraqi Islamic Party, the former MP Rashid Azzawi attended the meeting.”
