Security breaches imply need to amend security – Hashimi

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Vice-President Tariq Al-Hashimi confirmed today that the security breaches seen nowadays in Baghdad necessitates prompt amendments to the present security plans to limit them.  In a statement issued by his office, as received by IraqiNews.com, he reminded of his previous talks on the importance of security forces’ preparedness “which should be made months before U.S. forces’ withdrawal.”BAGHDAD witnessed today a number of explosions that led to 13 deaths and about 80 injured.  Hashimi stressed the importance of “a review for the security dossier, through expediting the appointment of security posts, in addition to developing security and intelligence plans”.  RM (TS)/SR 542
