Shawees, Armenian Ambassador review means of upgrading bilateral relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier, Ruz Nouri Shawees, and the Armenian Ambassador to Iraq reviewed the means of upgrading bilateral relations between the two countries.

A statement by Shawees received by IraqiNews.com cited “Shawees received the Armenian Ambassador to Iraq at his office in Baghdad on Monday.”

“The Ambassador conveyed an invitation from the Armenian Deputy Premier to Shawees to visit Armenia to consolidate the friendship between the two countries,” the statement added.

“Shawees welcomed the invitation and confirmed Iraq’s adherence to enhance cooperation between the two countries,” the statement concluded.
