Shihristani, Taghyeer bloc delegation discuss political updates

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier for Energy Affairs, Hussien al-Shihristani, and a delegation of Taghyeer bloc discussed the latest political updates in the country.

A statement by Shihristani’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited on Monday “Shihristani received the head and the members of Taghyeer bloc in the parliament with the attendance of Mustaqiloun bloc on last Sunday,” noting that “Both sides discussed the political updates concerning the relations between Kurdistani Regional Government and the Central Government over the oil file.”

“Shihristani praised the role of Taghyeer bloc in fighting corruption and consolidating democracy and Human Rights,” the statement concluded.
