Shubar threatens to unveil forgery case soon via media outlets

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ali Shubar of the Citizen bloc threatened to reveal via media outlets a certain governmental department involved in violating laws and disciplines in approving illegal appointment request.

Shubar stated to IraqiNews.com “The Appointments are today approved only for favor of the officials through bribery and nepotism actions,” urging to adopt the Federal Service Council to ensure fair distribution for jobs and distribute them according to the merit criteria.”

He said “l will declare soon through the media outlets about a certain case of forgery conducted by specific Ministry in granting governmental jobs.”

It is worth to mention the Federal Service Council law draft is one of the laws which have not been ratified yet despite it was submitted to the Parliament since the previous parliamentary round.

The FSC Law limits the appointment, reappointment and promotion rights by the FSC‘s authorities.
