Speaker donates half of his salary to displaced citizens

 

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Speaker of the Parliament, Salim al-Jobouri, declared donating half of his salary to help the displaced families till the crisis settled.Jobouri reported in a statement received by Iraqi News ”There are many talks about the privileges and the salary of the Speaker of the Parliament, and I say that our benefits should be for Iraq and its people, therefore I decided to donate the half of my salary for the displaced families till their crisis is solved.” \End\
