Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Supreme Federal Court resumed the trail of the Judiciary wanted Vice-President, Tariq al-Hashimi, and his guards due to the charges of criminal actions.

A correspondent stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “the trail was resumed by listening to the witnesses in three crimes where they are considered as one case related to the assassination of Secretary General of the International Security Ministry, Official in the Interior Ministry and female lawyer.”

The Supreme Judicial Council has announced on the 8th of July that Hashimi’s trial will be resumed on the 24th of July.

Hashimi who is currently in Turkey is supposed to be sued on last Thursday in absentia for three crimes. Hashimi’s case is one of the pending issues among the political blocs especially between the State of Law Coalition and the Iraqiya Slate.

The INTERPOL issued an arrest warrant against Hashimi for being suspected in conducting terrorist crimes against civilians and officials in Iraq.
