Talabani congratulates his Vietnamese counterpart for National Day of Vietnam

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President, Jalal Talabani, assured to his Vietnamese counterpart that “Iraq is adherent to develop the mutual relations between the two countries.”

In the congratulatory letter that he sent over the National Day of Vietnam, Talabani said “On the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam (The Liberation day), I would like to congratulate you on behalf of the Iraqi people, wishing you good health condition and the prosperity to your people.”

“I would like to exploit this chance to assure our adherence to develop the mutual relations between the two countries,” he concluded.
