Talabani leaves Sulaimaniya for Baghdad

SULAIMANIYA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani left the Kurdish city of Sulaimaniya on Saturday evening for Baghdad after a series of meetings with leaders of his Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, a media source said. “Talabani will attend celebrations in Baghdad marking the Iraqi Army Day on Jan. 6,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
