Tuma: Amending Elections Law starting point for political reformations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of Fadhila parliamentary bloc pointed out “Amending the Elections Law is the starting point for the political reformations.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The Elections Law should be amended to ensure wide participation and best representation for the voters to establish public base for the political system.”

“The current law wastes more than the half of the votes which is against the democracy that involves representing the will of the majority,” he concluded.
