Turkish warplanes bombard areas in Kurdistan Region

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Turkish warplanes bombarded some areas in Kurdistan Region on last Wednesday night.

The website of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan quoted an informed source as saying “Two Turkish warplanes attacked the areas of Wadi Toryan, Kori Minidiyan and the areas nearby the villages of Aindiza and Liyoja.”

“The attack resulted in huge fire in the orchards close to the attacked areas,” the source added.

“The fire lasted till Thursday morning and the attack did not result in casualties,” the source concluded.
